Agree on Vehicle Specs & Budget
🚗 Step 1: Agree on Vehicle Specs & Budget
Determine the vehicle specifications, including make, model, color, and budget. Browse our website for options from Japanese auctions or visit our office for assistance. If you’re unsure, we can help you compare models based on your needs.
✅ Step 2: Confirm the Car and Condition
We’ll monitor auctions for matching vehicles and confirm the condition of your selected car using the auction sheet. If necessary, we can arrange a physical inspection in Japan. We’ll also provide a detailed cost breakdown before proceeding.
✍️ Step 3: Car Purchase & Signing of Sales Agreement
A commitment fee of 30% of the total value is required to purchase the car. At this stage, we’ll sign a legally binding sales agreement outlining the payment schedule. Once the deposit is received, we’ll instruct our partners in Japan to buy the car.
🔍 Step 4: Inspection & Shipping Preparation
After purchase, the car will undergo a mandatory KEBS inspection in Japan. Our partners will also begin the deregistration process and prepare the vehicle for shipping. This ensures everything is ready for a smooth transition.

Once all paperwork is completed, your car will be shipped, typically taking about 27-30 days. Upon arrival at the port of Mombasa, our Kenyan team will manage the clearing and registration process. We ensure everything is handled efficiently.
🏦 Step 6: Local Financing Process
After clearing and registration, we’ll initiate the NTSA vehicle transfer process with your financing institution. Once the transfer and financing are complete, we will hand over the vehicle to you. Enjoy your new car with peace of mind!
